My terminally ill brother, age 54 was a victim of senior abuse because of his disability. He had a "best friend" who literally cleaned him out. The best friend had a partner to help, so it was very difficult to do anything. Many assets left undisclosed in his name that went to another country. They even created a bogus wife! Always have a trusting advocate so this doesn't happen to you. My three other siblings were in denial and no help whatsoever.
