    I am a daughter of a 92 & 90 yr old parents. I would like to thank you for emailing these exercises. Although my parents will not be able to do most of the exercises due to their health complications. I think the one I or Home Instead Caregiver can try with them is the Chair Stands. My parents are not very mobile and have fallen a few times so maybe that exercise can help a bit. Thank you Home Instead in Winnipeg for all you do to care and help with my parents.
