At 86 years of age, I find that all the joints are getting a little stiff and arthritic. These exercises are great for keeping the joints moving and lubricated . Thank you for the simple helps.
I have had knee replacements done. Only have about a 50* bend in both. Have asked for exercises like this from therphy. No had any , I think these will work great for me. Thank you so much for sharing!!

loved the exercises demonstrated here. At 73 although in good health i notice my lower body strength and balance are not as good as they used to be. have jotted these down and will do them regularly.
