Is there a way to get the Senior Safety - Prevent Hospitalizations - Assessment an balancee videos all in one place or one a DVD? (https://www.caregiverstress.com/senior-safety/prevent-hospitalizations/assessment-and-balance-video/#)
This would be for my Mom's caregiver to do exercizes with Mom. This would remind both of them how to do the exercizes.

This should be advertised on TV if it is not already there!!
I was worried about my own balance and I occasionally do loose my balance. I am thankful that it isn't too much. It is hard for me to do the left leg raises due to my sometimes painful varicose veins in the back of my left leg. What can I do? I can envision me having one leg stronger than the other leg. What to do?
when I was recuperating from a broken ankle, the first day I was permitted to take a shower, I had to hop on my good leg overa 3 inch lip. Getting in was fine and the shower felt so good. How're, getting out was another story. Even though I was holding on toa grab bar. I fell against the shower wall. I knew I had broken something. A frientook me to ER and after an x-rayiwas told nothing serious. To make a log story short, after 5 months of being in pain and my Dr. telling me that I had a frozen shoulder and going through painful physical therapy, I demanded my Doc.get me an MRI and CT scan. She gave me a referral and after these 2 tests it was discovered that I had 4 fractures (I have serious osteoporosis) 2 weeks ago I had shoulder surgery. Go for a post op visit in 2 weeks. We really do need to be our own advocate. I let this go on entirely too long.
