As the Social Services Mgr. of a nursing home, I believe that I could write a book on family dynamics--good and bad! I really related to the issues covered in this webinar. I am taking away some good ideas to help me do an even better job for my seniors and their families. thank you!

Always listen first then answer or try to explain sometimes is best. Because the family member may not really know the whole story, but after it is explain it is better
