Hospice Educational Video Series: What is Hospice?

Professional caregivers, geriatricians, and family caregivers explain what hospice care is and what it provides to loved ones and their families. Hospice is aimed at people in the final months, weeks, or days of their lives, with the goal of making their remaining time and comfortable and enjoyable as possible within the limitations of end-of-life care.  Hospice workers form a partnership with family members and patients to help them, guide them, and be there when they are needed.

We had my sister in hospice at home, I think they did a great job, the only thing was that when we called them to come to check on my sister it took a little longer for them to be here! And that was some times scary because we didn’t what to do. Thank you to all these wonderful nurses.
