I am 68 years old and about a year ago or so I noticed that sometimes I can't think of words when I am trying to talk to someone. Also, I never can remember names exactly, but have some recollection of the sound of the name, so I end up using whatever name I can think of that sounds like the one I can't remember. Do you think I have anything going on like Alzheimers or Dementia?
