The following informational assessment tool has been developed by Home Instead Senior Care, the world's largest provider of companionship and home care services for aging adults. This is not a diagnostic tool, yet it will help you to determine your caregiving needs (vs. the needs of your aging relative) based on your present stress level, as it pertains to your family caregiving responsibilities and personal situation. While this assessment tool is for informational purposes only, the tool was developed by leading eldercare experts and caregiver stress experts to help you to determine what support you may need in providing care and assistance to a senior (parent, spouse, etc.).
