    Hello, I am watching this video series with interest because my mother, who is 88 and uses a walker for stability when she walks, has weakness in her legs and often tells me she has a hard time getting up to walk or that she is in pain. My mother does not have any access to the internet at her house so I am wondering if there is a DVD or printed resource with pictures and explainations on these exercises that I could show her at her home. Currently one of my brothers lives in the house with her and myself and another brother are close enough geographically that we can visit her and assist her as needed on a regular basis. She can be left alone most of the time and has adamantly stated she does not need anyone to come and "babysit" her while we are at work or doing our daily life activities. She is at risk for falling so we worry about her and I think if I can get her to maybe do some of these exercises it may help her with her balance and strength. Thank you, Denise Botti
