We have had a relationship with the local Home Instead agency for more than four years. During that time, a care plan, its execution and quality assurance to assess the performance of the caregivers in all areas of providing in-home care has been absent. There has been no involvement at the administrative level to address issues and verify effective performance by care givers. The videos on the Home Instead site set an ideal, however I have found that in the day-to-day function by the agency and its staff, only basic scheduling and billing is being addressed. This is disappointing and has a negative effect upon the quality of care that my mother receives and the needed assistance that would be of value for me.

Bruce - I am disappointed to hear about your experience. If you don't mind, I would like to have someone reach out to discuss your experience further and see how we can improve. Cat Koehler, Social Media Advocate, Home Instead Senior Care
