Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (750 mL) cubed cooked chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup (50 mL) light Miracle Whip®
  • 1½ Tbsp. (20 mL) cider vinegar
  • ½ cup (125 mL) chopped celery
  • 4 stalks green onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup (50 mL) chopped pecans
  • ⅛ tsp. (0.5 mL) garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp. (0.5 mL) salt
  • ⅛ tsp. (0.5 mL) pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate until serving time.
