The "Nutrition for Seniors" video series provides tips for making sure your senior loved ones are getting proper nutrition. Helping our elderly parents manage their diets and eating habits can offer them numerous benefits, including increase cognitive function, resistance to illnesses, higher energy levels, an improved immune system, faster recuperation times, and better management of chronic health issues. Nancy, did you get any responses from your question here? My mom is 86 and this issue just seems to have started too. We live 1700 miles away and she is fine on her own but I wonder fr how long, as she doesn't have much desire to cook for herself. Not sure whether to mover her closer which she does not want to do. We have realized on a recent trip that we don't have a plan for when her needs change. Hope you got some help and that your mom is fine.
