The video was great. I have been caring for the elderly for many many years from grandparents, aunts & uncles, to mother-in-law and both parents, as well as those in facilities and their own homes. Each time I do this, I learn something new. One thing for sure, I will always treat them the way I would want to be treated, with much dignity and respect. Sincerely, Carolyn
